Melissa Davis, Vice President of M&A Consulting, is a strategic HR executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience across diverse industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and private equity. She brings deep expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, and M&A integration, driving growth through scalable HR infrastructure and operational efficiency. Melissa has led HR functions for large organizations, consistently enhancing employee engagement and aligning talent strategies with business goals. She has also overseen Integration Management Office (IMO) services for two transactions and served as the HR and Payroll workstream lead for eight M&A deals.

Education

Melissa holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Wilmington University. She is PHR and SHRM-CP certified , with advanced training in employee relations, HR technology, compensation analysis, and workforce planning. Her expertise enables businesses to operate efficiently by aligning people, processes, and systems.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys time with family, karaoke, solving puzzles, and escape rooms. She loves food, travel, comedy, and shopping. You’ll often find her brainstorming new ideas—or unwinding with a margarita in hand.
