Gina Delgado

Gina Delgado brings over 20 years of extensive HR expertise, ranging from guiding startup ventures to managing over 300 employees in large corporations. Her skills encompass overseeing daily operations, client consultations, policy formulation, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. She has made significant contributions to both the highway construction and service industries, playing pivotal roles in the growth of her previous companies from inception.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR Law from UIA in Costa Rica.

Volunteer Work

For 15 years, Gina dedicated her time to a non-governmental organization (NGO) supporting a Native reservation in Costa Rica. Her involvement included providing school supplies, constructing classrooms and bridges, organizing Christmas gifts for families in need, and hosting an annual party attended by over 500 people.

Personal

Gina cherishes her 15-year marriage and finds joy in travel, relaxing by the beach or poolside, and nurturing her garden. Family and friends hold a special place in her life, and she treasures moments spent with them. An avid hiker, Gina also delights in caring for her three beloved dogs: Bailey, Jax, and Shiner. While originally from Costa Rica, Texas has become her cherished home.
