Ashleigh Wind

Ashleigh Wind brings a strong background in the staffing industry to The Theodoros Group, with extensive experience in recruitment, team leadership, and workforce solutions. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in both high-volume and specialized recruiting, direct-hire recruiting, and managing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) initiatives for a variety of clients and skill sets. She also served as an MSP Administrator, helping successfully launch a contingent workforce program for a new client. Ashleigh’s passion for connecting great people with the right opportunities, combined with her hands-on recruiting experience, allows her to provide thoughtful and effective temporary staffing solutions across a variety of industries, including warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, construction, clerical, accounting, forklift, light industrial, and machine operations.

Nicole’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized with the Dedicated Leadership Award, honors for Most New Clients and Most Direct Hires, and the distinguished title of Team Member of the Year — a reflection of the commitment, drive, and integrity she brings to her work every day.

Education

Ashleigh earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from San Jacinto College. She is also Beeline Level 1 and Level 2 Certified and is a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA).

Personal

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, along with their two dogs, two cats, and three guinea pigs. Much of her free time is spent supporting her daughters’ activities, including gymnastics, piano, and softball. When she has time for her own hobbies, Ashleigh enjoys collecting rare tropical houseplants and takes great pride in her growing collection. Her family is also actively involved in their church and enjoys staying active together, especially spending time swimming at the gym.
