She further refined her expertise in leadership and operations in various Assistant Manager roles. Heidi’s transition into the staffing industry allowed her to expand into talent acquisition, leveraging her strong administrative and client relationship skills.
Personal
Outside of work, Heidi is deeply committed to her family and community. As a mother of six, she enjoys traveling with her family, with the goal of visiting all 50 states. She actively supports her children’s endeavors, from cheering on her sons at football games to engaging in school projects, church activities, and after-school volunteering. Heidi finds inspiration in her role as a mom, balancing her professional and personal life with grace and enthusiasm.
Nick Abrego
Business Development Manager
Nick Abrego is the Business Development Manager at The Theodoros Group. With a robust background in manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries, he brings a wealth of experience from previous roles including Director of Client Relations, National Director, VP of Sales, and Director of the Re-Finance Division.

Nick holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston. He is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, reflecting his commitment to the industry.
Personal
Outside of his professional life, Nick is a dedicated father to a 16-year-old daughter. His interests include golf, and tennis, attending concerts, traveling, and exploring culinary experiences. He has been recognized as the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Rookie of the Year and the Texas Bowl Volunteer of the Year, showcasing his strong involvement in community and sports events.

Rosa S. Berry brings over 30 years of extensive experience as a seasoned search consultant to TTG. She has cultivated specialized expertise across various industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, and accounting. Her deep understanding of these sectors allows her to successfully navigate the complexities of each field, providing clients with unparalleled insight and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. She held an Executive role where she led various recruiting efforts, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Her leadership in talent acquisition allowed her to fine-tune the processes for building high-performing teams. Following this experience, Rosa transitioned into a position with a staffing agency, where she quickly advanced into direct hire recruitment. In this capacity, she honed her expertise in matching skilled professionals with long-term roles, strengthening her abilities in candidate placement and relationship management.

He has also held pivotal roles, including Corporate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner, where he led large-scale recruitment operations and implemented innovative strategies to engage passive talent. Beyond his professional achievements, Kyle’s faith in God is a cornerstone of his life. He prioritizes spending quality time with his family, including his wife and two daughters. Gina Delgado
HR Consultant
Gina brings over 20 years of extensive HR expertise, ranging from guiding startup ventures to managing over 300 employees in large corporations. Her skills encompass overseeing daily operations, client consultations, policy formulation, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. She has made significant contributions to both the highway construction and service industries, playing pivotal roles in the growth of her previous companies from inception.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR Law from UIA in Costa Rica.
Volunteer Work
For 15 years, Gina dedicated her time to a non-governmental organization (NGO) supporting a Native reservation in Costa Rica. Her involvement included providing school supplies, constructing classrooms and bridges, organizing Christmas gifts for families in need, and hosting an annual party attended by over 500 people.
Personal
Gina cherishes her 15-year marriage and finds joy in travel, relaxing by the beach or poolside, and nurturing her garden. Family and friends hold a special place in her life, and she treasures moments spent with them. An avid hiker, Gina also delights in caring for her three beloved dogs: Bailey, Jax, and Shiner. While originally from Costa Rica, Texas has become her cherished home.

Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling and cherishing time with her husband and four children. Mia Mora
Business Development Manager
Mia Mora is an accomplished recruiter. Her history consists of working at Maxim Healthcare as a recruiter for two years, sourcing for healthcare workers in the Northern California region. Following that, she worked at Hire Up Staffing for over 3 years where she helped develop the healthcare team and later was promoted to Account Manager. Mia specializes in recruiting for a variety of industries, including healthcare, accounting/finance, administrative, and manufacturing.

Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from CSU Stanislaus State. She has been presented with various recruiting awards, including Rookie of the Year 2021 and Producer of the Year 2022 for Hire Up Staffing. She was ranked second highest producing recruiter in the West Region at Maxim. Additionally, she is a two-time President’s Club winner.

Mia has two kids whom she loves dearly. Her hobbies include coffee, baking, and spending time with family. She also enjoys visits to the farmers market and attending church.

Razza Mitchell has 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, strategic HR consulting, and project management. His career began in aerospace and defense, and he has since worked in manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and finance. Razza has shifted his focus to HR consulting and project management, emphasizing organizational performance, employee experience, and people strategies to drive business success.

Before joining the team, Carly spent 16 years in the marketing department of a casino in California, working her way up from an Administrative Assistant role to the Director of Marketing. She has spent the last 4 years in the recruiting and staffing industry honing her skills in talent acquisition and strategic marketing.

Carly holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and journalism from California State University, Fresno.
Personal
Carly enjoys traveling with her husband, as well as entertaining at home with family and friends. Some of her fondest memories are of pool parties and Super Bowl parties.
