Roxane R Johnson

Roxane Johnson is a seasoned Human Resource leader with expertise across healthcare, software, fintech, big data, construction, and other fast-moving industries. She helps organizations align people, process, and performance to achieve sustainable growth, building scalable, people-first strategies that balance innovation with compliance.

With prior leadership roles as a Vice President of HR in healthcare and HR Executive for one of the nation’s top home builders, Roxane brings a practical, industry-agnostic approach to every client engagement.

Education

Roxane holds a Master’s in HR & Business from Amberton University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Southern University and A&M College. She also completed advanced programs through Cornell University and Harvard Law School. Roxane is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Southern University Alumni Chapter, and SHRM.

Personal

A proud military brat and “boy mom” to two college students, Roxane lives in Houston with her Beagle, Rex. She enjoys fitness, reading, line dancing, and teaching as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer.
