Mia Mora

Mia Mora is an accomplished sales leader with a strong track record in relationship-driven industries. Her career began in healthcare, where she serviced clients across the West Coast and earned recognition as the region’s Top Recruiter. She went on to support hospitals and travel nurses during the height of COVID, taking on both recruiting and sales responsibilities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Looking to expand her expertise, she transitioned into TTG’s sales team, where she has continued to grow her industry knowledge and broaden her network. She now develops strategic partnerships across Public Accounting, Legal, Title, Business Brokerage, and other professional services. Her core focus remains the same: building partnerships that last.

Education & Achievements

Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree from CSU Stanislaus State. She has been presented with various recruiting awards, including Rookie of the Year 2021 and Producer of the Year 2022 at her previous company. She was ranked second highest producing recruiter in the West Region at Maxim. Additionally, she is a two-time President’s Club winner, reflecting her consistent performance and commitment to excellence.

Personal

Mia is a mom to two little ones. You can usually find them at the beach, grabbing “coffee” where the kids proudly sip their hot chocolate, or heading to church together on Sundays. Originally from California’s Central Valley, she made the move to the Monterey coast in 2025 and has been building lasting memories since.
