Lisa Lopez

Lisa Lopez, MAac, Director of Internal Accounting at The Theodoros Group, specializing in accounting, payroll, and compliance for the staffing and workforce solutions industry. She oversees high-volume, multi-branch operations, streamlining payroll, billing, and HR processes, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. Lisa’s expertise includes system integrations, internal controls, process improvements, and multi-state payroll management, ensuring operational efficiency and financial accuracy across the organization.

Education

Lisa holds a Master’s in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, both from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi. She is pursuing her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.

Personal

Outside of work, Lisa is dedicated to family and community. She mentors middle and high school girls as a Girl Scout Cadette Troop Leader and supports leadership and financial literacy development. Lisa is active in the Texas Payroll Conference (Secretary, Board of Directors) and the Lone Star Chapter of the American Payroll Association (Program Committee).
