Joanne Manese, MBA, brings extensive experience in Human Resources, with leadership in talent management, organizational behavior, and policy implementation.

As the founder of Xennial HR, Joanne has worked with diverse clients to develop innovative HR solutions that improve workforce productivity and employee retention. Her experience spans recruitment, employee relations, diversity initiatives, legal compliance, and change management.

Joanne is bilingual in English and Filipino, and she is deeply committed to creating inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

Personal

During Joanne’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves cooking, traveling, dancing, and staying active. She cares for causes such as helping people with disabilities and education for the youth. Joanne has proudly volunteered for Care Harbor in Los Angeles, providing pro bono dental assisting services to an underserved community.
