Anthony Theodoros
Founder/CEO
Anthony Theodoros, CPC, is the Founder and CEO of The Theodoros Group. He has over 15 years of experience in Contingent and Retained Search across two continents. He has extensive experience consulting and advising senior leadership and board of directors regarding strategic recruitment, talent acquisitions, and retention strategies within their organizations. He has a well-rounded set of specializations, including engineering, manufacturing, construction, medical, public accounting, corporate finance, banking, mortgage, title, retail, and O&G. He is a trusted partner regarding C-level recruits in a highly confidential and competitive landscape.
He and his team handle full-cycle recruiting to fulfill client needs, meticulously interviewing and screening applicants to place them in various industries according to their experience and skill level.
Before founding The Theodoros Group, Anthony spent 9 years as the Regional Search Director for one of the largest staffing agencies in Texas, where he led a team of 10 high-performing recruiters. Prior to this, he held senior titles at large regional and Fortune 500 recruitment and search firms. A multi-million-dollar producer, Anthony is an award winner of 9 consecutive CEO/President Club awards, highlighting his exceptional performance and dedication before starting his own executive search and consulting company in 2024.
Education
Anthony graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Anthony is a Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Personnel Services. He is a member of multiple professional associations, including the Texas Land and Title Association (TLTA), Texas Bankers Association (TBA), Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS), National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and American Staffing Association (ASA).

Scott Irvine, CPA

Scott L. Irvine, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Theodoros Group and is the managing partner at abip. With extensive audit experience across privately held companies, real estate, technology, and various service sectors, Scott is adept at enhancing business profitability and efficiency. His consultancy work spans multiple industries, focusing on cash flow analysis, accounting process optimization, software implementation, financing, and best practice adoption.
Scott transitioned from public accounting in 1999 to become the Controller/CFO of a privately held software company with revenues exceeding $50 million. In this role, he managed all financial operations and played a key role in the company’s acquisitions and mergers with other software firms.
Education
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the BNI Memorial chapter.
Natalie J. McGill, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP
President of HR Consulting
Natalie J. McGill, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience enhancing HR operations for diverse industries. She specializes in aligning compliance with business needs, navigating multi-state regulations, and optimizing workforce strategies. As a Senior HR Consultant and former Regional Vice President, Natalie excels in building nationwide teams to drive recruiting, talent development, and retention, ensuring companies stay competitive and successful.
Education
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Claremont McKenna College. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR-CA) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Additionally, she is an active member of several HR associations.

Natalie and her husband enjoy hiking in the mountains, particularly in Angeles National Forest, to escape and unwind. Their next adventure is biking along the Los Angeles River.
Roy Campbell
President of Search Consulting
Roy Campbell, CSC, is a dedicated professional with a passion for architecting talent solutions and cultivating high-performing talent acquisition teams. Before starting with The Theodoros Group, Roy spent 6 and a half years as a Senior Direct Hire Recruiter for one of Texas’ largest staffing agencies. Prior to this, Roy spent 23 years in the US Army with 10 of those years in the US Army Recruiting Command. He brings deep expertise in developing and managing complex staffing initiatives, driving projects and programs to achieve workforce plans and hiring goals, all while ensuring compliance with employment laws and corporate policies.
Education and Achievements
Roy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Columbia Southern University. He proudly served in the US Army for 23 years, which included two deployments to Iraq. He was honored with the Bronze Star during Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 in 2003. He has earned every award a Soldier can receive in US Army Recruiting Command and is a 4-time Presidents Club winner.
Personal
In his free time, Roy enjoys spending time with his wife, with whom he has six children and 3 grandchildren. They love attending their kids’ events and traveling around the world. Roy is an avid sports fan, cheering on Chicago teams. He is a member of the United States Army Audie Murphy Club.
Leah Perez
VP of Sales and Operations
Leah Perez brings over 22 years of staffing industry and consulting experience, having advanced through various roles that deepen her expertise. Prior to joining The Theodoros Group team, she spent 8 years at a large staffing agency, progressing from a Branch Manager Role to Vice President of Client Relations. Specializing in healthcare, manufacturing, and accounting/finance, she serves businesses across all industries with a strong understanding of their unique needs. Leah’s broad network of professionals and clients allows her to adapt to changing market demands, making her a trusted partner in delivering personalized staffing solutions for essential roles.

Leah is a member of TK SHRM. She was named one of the Top Staffing Partners to Watch in 2024 by the World Staffing Awards. Leah has been awarded 6 times for being a top producer by the President’s Club. Additionally, she was a finalist in 2020 for WISA North America in the Key Account Manager role and was a Top Producer of the Year in 2019.

Leah is a proud mom of two and a dog lover. She’s an avid fan of the Raiders, Dodgers, and Lakers, a passionate foodie who loves to cook, and a dedicated music enthusiast who never misses a chance to attend concerts. Leah also enjoys traveling and discovering new places.
